Therefore, according to the development trend of foreign green packaging industry, the key points and directions for the development of China's green packaging industry products in the future are formulated as follows:

1, paper packaging

(1) High-quality, lightweight technology for packaging paper, board, and linerboard

In order to save and make full use of natural resources and reduce postage and transportation costs as much as possible, a variety of paper, paperboard and carton board are the development trend of paper products in the world. China has proposed low-quantity issues in newsprint, letterpress, offset printing, and paper-bag papers, and has already begun to address it. Among the many uses of paper, packaging paper and paperboard are of high quality, light weight, and variety. In particular, the largest amount of corrugated medium kraft linerboard, according to the domestic market's large demand for high-grade packaging, should be properly improved. Under the premise of product quality, three low-strategy products were added, namely, a new variety of 100 g/M2 for corrugated paper and two new varieties of 210 g/m2 and 200 g/m2 for kraft board.

(2) Research and development of functional special cardboard for food packaging

There is no single type of whiteboard paper currently produced in China, and there is no classification for distinguishing different types of packaging materials. There is no special food packaging board for different foods that require different functions for packaging materials.
Although China's national standards for food packaging papers stipulate that all food packaging paper must not use waste paper and social recycling of waste paper as raw materials, it must meet the national health standards specified in GB11680-89, but it has not been used specifically for food products. Packaging paperboard varieties, a large number of cake boxes, and a variety of food boxes (including oral medicine boxes, etc.) all use gray-white board paper made from waste paper. As for the cardboard boxes that are directly imported into the food boxes such as cake boxes and snack boxes, since they do not have oil-resistance properties, the phenomena of oil seepage after packaging oily foods is quite common.

In the future, we should develop and produce functional cardboard for packaging solid foods and packaged liquid foods for packaging different things. For example, the former can be used to directly import food cartons, such as packaged cakes, salt, and other paperboards that resist light and moisture.

(3) Production Technology of Composite Paper Bags

(5) Development and application of natural green packaging materials

Natural plant fibers (straw, wheat straw, cotton stalks, oyster shells, etc.) can be used as fast food boxes, but they can also be crushed or woven into convenient bags. Some natural plant fibers are long and strong, making them easier to formulate. Bags, bamboo, natural shrubs, wicker fibers, can also be woven into baskets, bowls or other packaging containers or made into natural tubes, containing fruits, vegetables, tea, etc., bamboo offset box can also be used for transportation of machinery, electrical equipment, etc. package.

(6) Produce disposable cutlery paperboard with domestic raw bleached straw as the main raw material

D. The waste paper cutlery can be recycled by the paper mill and processed, and quickly decomposed into bleached pulp. As a secondary fiber, it can be re-produced into paper or cardboard for various writing and printing culture papers or other uses.

Therefore, an economical and reasonable method is to use raw bleached straw to produce paper cutlery, and then recycle the waste cutlery to produce non-food packaging paper so that fiber resources can be fully utilized without polluting the environment without increasing pulping load. At the same time, it can further reduce the cost of production of paperboard and recycled paper and alleviate the increasingly tense problem of pulp raw materials.

(7) Non-pollution Plant Separation Process Pulp and Paper Technology

This technology utilizes catalytic separation to separate plant fibers such as rice straw and wheat straw in a steam bulb to produce various kinds of paper (corrugated paper, linerboard, wrapping paper, etc.) and high-strength fiberboard, etc. Non-fibrous parts are treated to obtain plant powder. Instead of using grain as feed, except for the use of small amounts of catalysts in production, no chemical raw materials are added, which saves more water than chemical processes. (8) Development and Application of Honeycomb Sandwich Board

The honeycomb sandwich paper is used as the main material, and the LSQ wooden packaging boxes are available in I, II and III types.
LSQI type is also called composite material packing box. The outer layer of the box is made of fiberboard or plywood with strong puncture ability, honeycomb paper core in the middle layer and grassboard in the inner wall.

LSQII type is a full-honeyboard cardboard box, which is sandwiched with honeycomb paper, and is made of 300 pieces of cardboard inside and outside. It is an ideal package for high-end fragile goods.

LSQIII inner liner box is made of corrugated paper box. The upper and lower walls of the box are lined with honeycomb paperboard. It has strong shockproof, compressive, thermal and anti-jamming capabilities.

Honeycomb cardboard packaging box has undergone demolition, heavy weight stacking, and actual installation rolling experiments. The breakage rate of interior fragile items is 50%–97% lower than that of wooden boxes and corrugated boxes, and 600 kg weight is placed on empty boxes. Test pressure for three months without deformation, and without polystyrene liner, with the same size of corrugated box weight ratio of 2:5, can save 60% of cardboard, 28% lower than the same price of wooden box.

(9) Development and Application of Pulp Molding Technology

Pulp molding is a three-dimensional papermaking technology. It uses waste paper as a raw material to mold a certain shape paper product from a special mold on a molding machine. It has four major advantages:
A. Raw materials are waste paper, including board paper, waste paper box paper, scrap paper, and other sources.
B. Its production process is completed by processes such as pulping, adsorption molding, and drying, and is harmless to the environment.
C. It can be recycled and recycled.
D. The volume is smaller than that of foamed plastic, which can be overlapped and convenient for transportation.

(10) Corrugated board machinery
